Not quite Loire Atlantique but close enough for a great day out,  every two years Dinan blows our minds with a superb 2 day Medieval festival and this year was no exception.

disused stretch of Nantes-Brest canal reopened

Loire Atlantique celebrated the re-opening of a stretch of canal between St Nicholas de Redon and Fégréac last Saturday (3rd July 2010).
