Locations Loire Atlantique: Prices

* rate covers 4 adults + child,  £20 pw supplement for 5th adult

** rate covers 4 adults + child, £20pw supplement for extra adult, £30pw for 2 extra adults.

Daily rates: Winter:  1 night £75/90€, 2 nights £145/174€, 3 nights 185/220€, 4 nights £195/235€, 5 nights £200/240€, 6 nights £210/250€ 

Spring/Autumn:   1 night £85/100€, 2 nights £160/190€, 3 nights 215/255€, 4 nights £245/295€, 5 nights £265/315€, 6 nights £285/340€ 

Prices in Euros are a guide only, actual price will be calculated and fixed on booking request at that day’s exchange rate.  Minimum stay 3 nights in Coeur de Chéne, 1 night in gites (min 1 week in July & August).    November to March £30/36€ pw winter fuel supplement applies, April and October depends on the weather.

A 25% deposit secures your booking, the balance is payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday and a £100 security deposit is required cleared in my account before your arrival.    This is usually refunded by internet banking within a week of departure or by cheque if preferred.

Changeovers are flexible all year except July & August when it’s Saturdays. We look forward to seeing you at our locations Loire Atlantique!
